Privacy Notice

Scope

This Privacy Notice explains to users the type and scope of personal data that is collected and used by the controller, Alvito & Partner Personalservices, Römerfeldstrasse 2b, 50259 Pulheim, contact@alvitopersonalservices.com, +49 2238 - 4785 487, on this website, as well as the purposes of its collection and use (hereafter: the “Offering”).

The legal principles of data protection are set out in the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG).

Access data/server log files

The controller (i.e. its web space provider) collects data each time that the Offering is accessed (in server log files). The access data includes:

the name of the accessed website, the file, the date and time of access, the data volume transferred, notification of successful access, the user’s browser type and version, the user’s operating system, the referrer URL (most recently visited page), the IP address and the user’s Internet service provider.

The controller uses these log files exclusively to compile statistical analyses to ensure the operation, security and optimisation of the Offering. The controller reserves the right to review the log files at a later data insofar as there are clear indications for the justified suspicion of illegal content.

Handling of personal data

Personal data means information that can be used to identify a person and details that can be traced back to a particular person. It includes names, email addresses and telephone numbers. Personal data also includes preferences, hobbies, memberships or websites viewed by a person.

The controller only collects, uses and transfers personal data where it is legally permissible to do so or the user has provided consent for the collection of data.

Contacting

When the user makes contact with the controller (for instance using the contact form or by email), information concerning the user is stored in order to process the enquiry and in case there are questions later on.

Integration of services and content by third parties

It is possible that content provided by third parties, for instance YouTube videos, cartographic material from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites, is integrated within this online Offering. This is only possible if the providers of this content (referred to in the following as “Third-party Providers”) are aware of the user’s IP address, as it is otherwise not possible to send content to the user’s browser. The IP address is therefore necessary for the presentation of this content. We make efforts to restrict our selection of third-party content to providers that use the IP address exclusively to deliver the content. Nevertheless, we do not have any influence if Third-party Providers store the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes. Where we are aware of this practice, we duly inform the users.
